These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of EzForwardBot (the "Service"), operated by EzForwardBot ("we", "us", "our"). By connecting an account, creating a forwarding connection, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EzForwardBot lets you connect one or more Telegram accounts you control and configure automated "connections" that copy or forward messages from a source chat you select into a destination chat you select. The Service acts only on your instructions and on the accounts and content you provide. It is a general-purpose tool with substantial legitimate uses, including consolidating channels you operate, mirroring your own content, monitoring, and archiving.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law.
To use the Service you connect Telegram account(s) you own and are authorized to use. You are responsible for all activity performed through the accounts you connect, and you must not connect an account you do not own or lack authority to automate. Session credentials are stored encrypted; however, you remain responsible for the security and lawful use of your accounts.

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram. "Telegram" is a trademark of its owner. You acknowledge that automating a Telegram account may, at Telegram's sole discretion, result in rate limits, suspension, or a permanent ban of that account, and that this risk is yours alone. We are not responsible for any action Telegram takes against your account.
You retain all rights you hold in the content you process. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to receive, process, transform, store, and deliver that content strictly to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
We do not advise you on whether your particular use is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and for obtaining any permissions you need. You use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant any particular forwarding result, delivery, or timing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzForwardBot and its operators, officers, and employees from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the content you process through the Service, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where practicable, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
